In 2007 SiBS completed commissioning works on this 24,500m² development. The facility consists of two storeys over a part basement facility. It includes the Central Veterinary Research laboratory (comprising the divisions of Bacteriology, Pathology, and Virology). Veterinary Public Health Regulatory Laboratory (VPHRL).
