In May 2012 SiBScompleted noise and vibration testing on behalf on the client on CP 11 (Airline Support Facilities), CP 26 (Maintenance Hangars) & CP 94 (Airport Operations Facilities). In addition to the scope of works above, SiBS carried out testing of the backflow preventer on CP 11 on behalf of the client.

In 2012, SiBS completed this project on behalf of Designer Group. The project expansion of the original Student Centre to include a dance studio, drama theatre, debating chamber, music recital space, multi-media centre, gym and swimming pool. Also included is a suite of presentation rooms and space for further health and counselling services.

SiBS carried out HVAC Test and Balance on the facility set out over an area of 75000m2. The T2 project includes a new terminal building and a new departures gate area called Pier E. SiBS provided the necessary commissioning teams to carry out an effective handover of the project to the client within a very tight timeframe.

In 2011, SiBS completed commissioning works on the largest acute private hospital in Dublin. The hospital offers 236 In-patient beds, 30 Daycare beds, 22 Oncology Daycare beds, Operating Theatres, Endoscopy Suites, Angiography, MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound, Mammography, Dexa scanning, Intervention Radiology, Pulmonary Lab, Urodynamics, Cardiology Facilities, a High Dependency Unit, A & E X-ray departments. Other facilities include consultants' suites, pathology, pharmacy, restaurant and general administration space. The two level basement of 12,000sq.m houses all the plantrooms and 250 parking spaces.

In June 2012, SiBS completed commissioning works on this development. The project comprised over 100 individual bedroom units and isolation rooms located on the grounds of the existing hospital campus. Also included in the project was a 10-bed day treatment unit with en-suite sanitary facilities which are an essential part of approach to CF treatment to prevent cross infection. This 7 storey development is situated over a basement of 1000sq.m which links the ward block to the existing hospital buildings.
